These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forex Vitals website, including the Market Dashboard, analytics, tools, content, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms are provided for general informational purposes and are not legal advice. You should consult with your own legal counsel for advice specific to your situation.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained from Forex Vitals.

2. Purpose of the Service

Forex Vitals provides market analytics and tools intended solely for informational and educational purposes. The Service, including the Dashboard, is designed to help you understand market conditions and to act as a confirmation tool for trade ideas generated by your own strategy.

The Dashboard and all other tools are not triggers for entry, and they do not constitute signals, recommendations, or instructions to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. No Investment, Financial, or Tax Advice

Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as:

Personalized investment or trading advice;
Financial planning, legal, or tax advice;
A recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any currency pair, CFD, security, or other instrument.

Any scores, metrics, conditions, or analytics are general in nature and do not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

4. Trading Risk & No Guarantee of Results

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), derivatives, and other leveraged products involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment.

Forex Vitals makes no guarantee that the Service will improve your trading performance, produce profitable trades, or prevent losses. Past performance, backtests, or historical analytics shown on the Service are not indicative of future results.

5. Accounts, Access & Security

If any part of the Service requires registration, login credentials, or an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Keep your login details confidential and secure;
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe these Terms have been violated.

6. Limited License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Forex Vitals grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service;
Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the Service, except as allowed by applicable law;
Use the Service to develop or train competing products or services;
Bypass or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanisms;
Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

Notwithstanding the personal-use license above, Forex Vitals grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to embed official Forex Vitals widgets and display official Forex Vitals badges on commercial or non-commercial websites, blogs, trading communities, forum signatures, profiles, and similar publisher pages. You may use the provided embed, HTML, image, and BBCode snippets without registration or individual approval, and you may resize them responsively as needed for your layout.

This widget and badge license requires visible Forex Vitals source branding to remain intact. A followed backlink is not required; publishers may qualify links with attributes such as rel="ugc" or rel="nofollow".

You agree not to resell, white-label, sublicense, scrape, extract, or republish the underlying widget data; modify a widget, badge, or embed in a way that misrepresents the source or displayed data; imply that Forex Vitals endorses you, your website, your forum profile, or your trading activity; or use the widgets in abusive, deceptive, or unlawful contexts. Widget and badge data may be delayed, cached, unavailable, or incomplete, and is provided for informational and educational use only. We may suspend, limit, or block abusive installations or uses that create security, operational, legal, or reputational risk.

7. Plans, Payments & Billing (If Applicable)

If Forex Vitals offers paid plans, subscriptions, or upgrades:

Pricing, billing cycles, and included features will be described on the Service or during the checkout process;
Taxes, fees, and currency conversions may apply depending on your location and payment method;
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.

All payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Forex Vitals does not store your full payment card details.

8. Content, Data & Availability

We strive to provide accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any content or analytics on the Service. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

Exchange rates and related analytics may be sourced from third-party pricing data and processed by Forex Vitals. Displayed rates are indicative only and may differ from executable prices, spreads, fees, margin requirements, swaps, and contract specifications shown by your broker or trading platform.

We may change, update, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific metrics, score definitions, or visualizations) at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and design, are owned by Forex Vitals or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, platforms, tools, or data providers. These are provided for convenience only.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

Forex Vitals does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Forex Vitals, its owners, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

If, despite the foregoing, any liability is found to exist, the total aggregate liability of Forex Vitals related to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forex Vitals, its owners, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your use of or reliance on the Service;
Your violation of these Terms; or
Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Forex Vitals regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
